Working Principle of TP Series Mobile Crusher
Material Feeding:
Initially, materials destined for crushing are uniformly and continuously fed into the crusher's crushing cavity through a feeding device, such as a vibrating feeder.
Crushing Process:
Within the crushing cavity, the materials undergo robust impact and compression by the crusher (e.g., jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher), resulting in their fragmentation into smaller particles. The specific type and operational principle of the crusher vary based on material properties, crushing requirements, and desired particle sizes of the final product.
Screening Process:
After crushing, the crushed materials are conveyed to a screening machine via a conveyor belt for sorting. The screening machine utilizes vibration or other techniques to separate materials based on particle size, yielding products of diverse sizes. The screen mesh or aperture size of the screening machine can be adjusted as necessary to meet varying screening criteria.
Product Output:
Screened products are transported via conveyor belts to designated locations for further utilization or storage. Simultaneously, materials with excessively large or small particles from the screening process can be fed back into the crusher via a return conveyor belt for re-crushing, ensuring precise control over particle size distribution.
