Working principle

Main processing steps

Crushing: First, use a jaw crusher to initially crush the raw ore, reduce the particle size of the ore, and prepare for subsequent grinding.

Grinding: The broken ore is further ground by a ball mill to fully dissociate the lead-zinc minerals in the ore.

Grading: The ore slurry after grinding is graded by a spiral classifier to ensure that the appropriate particle size distribution enters the flotation process.

Flotation: Flotation is the core link of lead-zinc ore mineral processing. By adding flotation agents, the differences in mineral surface properties are used to achieve the separation of lead-zinc minerals from gangue.

Concentration: The slurry after flotation is increased in concentration through a thickener to prepare for the next dehydration.

Dehydration: The concentrated lead-zinc concentrate is dehydrated through a filter to obtain a dry concentrate product.
